‘HIGH FIVE’ – Free Five Year Warranty for Epsilon Classic cranes
Palfinger UK are offering a 5 year extended warranty for all Epsilon Classic range cranes (M125LC68 and M125LC82) ordered into Palfinger UK.
The Warranty Package will be subject to all cranes being registered for warranty as per the standard process, and includes:
- All components – 24 months or 2000 hours, full parts and labour
- Structural/Load Bearing components – 60 months or 5000 hours, parts only
- Grab and Rotator – remains subject to standard Kinshofer warranty terms, not part of the 5 year extension
The 5 year warranty package is free of charge at point of sale and requires no additional purchase.
In line with Palfinger Terms of Warranty, claims must be supported with evidence that the lorry crane has been maintained and thoroughly examined/tested as required:
- In accordance with the scheduling and requirements outlined by Palfinger Epsilon and/or Palfinger UK
- Including examination and testing in accordance with the regulatory and recommended requirements contained within LOLER 1998 and BS7121 Part 2-4:2013 etc
- Using Manufacturer OE parts and/or a specification at least equal to the same
- By a trained and competent engineer.
