RICHARD WEISS 99% ALLMI AUDIT SCORE

Richard Weiss is one of our ALLMI lorry loader crane instructor and handover specialists. He has high standards, reflected by a 99% score in this year’s ALLMI audit, and he tailors his training to be effective for all candidates on his courses, giving them the motivation to succeed.

Richard’s drive to provide good quality training began early in his career, when at a large logistics firm, the training “just wasn’t great”. So with a commendable work ethic, Richard spent his own time studying to ensure that he was able to carry out his role to a high standard.

His career progressed, with Richard becoming a Health and Safety Manager, an ALLMI qualified instructor and latterly an ALLMI Auditor for several years. Richard has now been appointed onto the ALLMI Training Standards Committee. His phenomenal knowledge, combined with a commitment to his delegates is the key to this successful training record.
