Palfinger UK can help you meet your requirements as a lorry crane operator, with our ALLMI-accredited engineers visiting your site at a convenient time to make sure your vehicles are compliant with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).
There are two regulatory inspections which must be conducted at regular intervals depending on the age of your crane:
- LOLER Thorough Examination (or 110% inspection) – a LOLER-compliant thorough examination every 12 months for vehicles under eight years old, increasing to every six months for older cranes.
- Overload Inspection (or 125% Inspection) – an additional examination is needed every four years for vehicles under eight years old, increasing to every two years for vehicles aged 8-12 years.
As ‘ALLMI Thorough Examination Competent Persons’, our engineers are fully qualified to carry out these inspections.
Our compliance services cost a fixed price, depending on the type of lorry loader and we provide a seamless management of service and claims documentation through our dedicated systems.
